This 83 minute video deals with the reasons and treatment for painful intercourse including vestibulitis, uterine malposition
and endometriosis. Vulvodynia is discussed in detail.

procedure by C. Paul Perry, M.D. showing a way to correct vaginal prolapse and enterocoele with a vast decrease

A 72 minute video with surgery and narration by James C. Upchurch, M.D. The electro-mechanical morcellator is demonstrated
in this minimally edited presentation.
6) Modified Laparoscopic Assisted
Vaginal Hysterectomy A 60 minute, minimally edited video of a difficult LAVH because of fibroids, adhesions and
endometriosis. The uterine body is separated from the cervix laparoscopically to facilitate the vaginal portion of the
procedure.
7) Chronic Pelvic Pain and Pelvic Congestion
A 33 minute video with surgery and narration by C. Paul Perry, M.D. An infundibulo-pelvic ligament ligation for the surgical
treatment of pelvic congestion is included.
8) Laparoscopic Management of the Ovarian Remnant Syndrome
A 47 minute video which shows a difficult bilateral salpingo-oopherectomy for residual ovary syndrome and bilateral ovarian
remnants were then removed 5 years later because of severe pain. The CT scan is also shown.

Perry, M.D. demonstrating an actual history and physical exam on a patient with chronic pelvic pain in the first half. The

Hernia and Pelvic Congestion A 47 minute video in which C. Paul Perry, M.D. repairs 3 hernias in the same
patient. He also identifies and surgically manages pelvic congestion in that same patient.
